By booking the services of Celia Cueto, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
Booking & Payment
A deposit is required to secure the day. The remaining balance is due before or on the day of the shoot.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
Life happens, I get it! Rescheduling is possible with notice and depending on availability. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a new date if possible.
Creative Process
I understand that I am booking the photographer’s artistic vision and style. Final images and videos will reflect their creative direction, and unedited/raw files are not delivered.
Usage & Copyright
Images are for personal use unless otherwise agreed upon. The photographer retains the rights to the work. Clients receive personal usage rights. Commercial use must be agreed upon in advance or negotiated at additional cost afterwards.
Travel
Sessions outside the Sacred Valley / Cusco area may include additional travel costs.
Overtime
Coverage includes the number of hours agreed upon at the time of booking. If additional coverage is requested on the day of the event and the photographer is available to continue, overtime will be billed at a rate of USD 50 per hour (or part thereof).
Delivery Timeline
Final edited images will be delivered within approximately 2 weeks of the event. Final video edits will be delivered within 4 weeks of the event. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Promotion & Sharing
Unless otherwise requested in writing prior to the event, the client grants the photographer permission to use images and video content from the session for portfolio, website, social media and promotional purposes. Clients who prefer their images remain private must notify the photographer before the event.
