By booking a session, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
Booking & Payment
A deposit is required to secure my session. The remaining balance is due before or on the day of the shoot.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
Life happens, I get it! Rescheduling is possible with notice and depending on availability. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a new date.
Creative Process
I understand that I am booking the photographer’s artistic vision and style. Final images and videos will reflect their creative direction, and unedited/raw files are not delivered.
Image Selection & Editing
I will receive a curated gallery to select my favorite images. Final edits are based on those selections. Additional images or edits may have an extra cost.
Usage & Copyright
Images are for personal use unless otherwise agreed. The photographer retains rights to the work. Clients receive personal usage rights. Commercial use must be agreed upon in advance.
Travel
Sessions outside the Sacred Valley / Cusco area may include additional travel costs.
Promotion & Sharing
I agree that the photographer may use images and video content from the session for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes (including social media). If I prefer to keep my images private, I will communicate this in advance.
