so, this is me
I was born in 1993 and spent my childhood between books, pencils, markers and paper cutouts, transforming everything I touched into one of my creations. I always knew I wanted to be an artist but found my calling in photography during adolescence. I decided to pursue this passion in San Francisco and completed my BFA in photography at the Academy of Art University. Living between Spain, Belgium, Togo and California I had to find a way to adapt to many ways of living, seeing and learning, developing in that way a vibrant library of stories, colors and light. Continuing the adventure, I have now relocated to South America to explore new perspectives while freelancing.
Today, I have grown to consider myself an imagist, who builds and sculpts concepts. I’m a storyteller and a photoshop junkie. Through my work, I delve into the paradoxical strength and fragility of the human psyche. My work is a visual journal of my introspective journey, both an artist and individual, each image representing my transformation over time. My never ending sense of curiosity has been instrumental in helping me develop my artistic eye and keep me moving forward. When I’m not working, find me traveling the world, reading magical realism novels with a cup of coffee, doing embroidery, enjoying live music or drowning in my Pinterest boards.
