By booking a session, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
Booking & Payment
A deposit is required to secure my session. The remaining balance is due before or on the day of the shoot.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
Life happens, I get it! Rescheduling is possible with notice and depending on availability. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a new date.
Creative Process
I understand that I am booking the photographer’s artistic vision and style. Final images and videos will reflect their creative direction, and unedited/raw files are not delivered.
Image Selection & Editing
I will receive a curated gallery to select my favorite images. Final edits are based on those selections. Additional images or edits may have an extra cost. Final edited photos will be delivered within 15 business days from the date you make your selection. Short format video content will be delivered within 30 days from the last day of filming. Long format video content will be delivered within 60 days from the last day of filming unless stated otherwise.
Usage & Copyright
The photographer retains the copyright to all images. The client may use the images for personal purposes and, in the case of businesses, to promote their own brand, products, or services, including on social media, websites, and in advertising. The images may not be sold, transferred, or licensed to third parties without the photographer’s prior authorization.
Travel
Sessions outside the Sacred Valley / Cusco area may include additional travel costs.
Promotion & Sharing
I agree that the photographer may use images and video content from the session for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes (including social media). If I prefer to keep my images private, I will communicate this in advance.
