Session details and FAQ
What does my package include?
We work together to define the narrative of your vision. We will create a collaborative mood board for visual planning to align on the style and direction of the shoot.
High quality professionally edited digital photographs.
Edited video(s) in high definition (if included in the your chosen package).
Transportation as long as the location is within the main public transportation routes of the Sacred Valley / Cusco.
1 review session for adjustments to ensure the images meet your vision.
What isn’t included in my package?
Raw photographs (non edited images).
Transportation outside of the main public routes of the Sacred Valley / Cusco but a taxi service can be arranged for special locations with an extra charge.
Any payment fees generated by platforms like Paypal or Western Union.
How much do you edit the photos?
I’m very detail oriented, so I will make sure to clean the image from anything that feels disturbing to the composition. I will lightly edit redness or imperfections of the skin, bags or darkness under the eyes and stains. I do not go into modifying your natural features or thinning anyone’s body. If you’d like to further retouch your photos, we can go into deeper retouching as an additional service. I will always strive for a natural look and sending you photos that feel like you, I’m always happy to have conversation about encouraging you to let go of the idea that you are not perfect as you are.
When and how will I receive the images?
Once we finish our session, I will send you a gallery of 100-400 unedited photos to make your final selection of edits. All selected photographs will be sent out within 30 business days after the selection day. All video material will be sent within 45 business days from the session day. If you wish to leave the selection process to me, I would be happy to make the best selection for you. All materials will be sent online via Dropbox folder.
Can I purchase all of the photos?
A special package can be discussed for you to purchase the full gallery of lightly edited images. I do not typically sell my raw files but if you're interested in purchasing the full set of unedited photos, we can discuss an additional fee. However, unedited images are not typically included in packages because they do not reflect the final quality and artistic vision I aim to deliver. Editing is a key part of the creative process, ensuring that the images are polished and aligned with the professional standards of my work.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?
If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please notify me as soon as possible. I will do my best to accommodate changes, but cancellations or last-minute changes may incur a fee depending on the timing and circumstances.
Do I own the copyright of the purchased photos?
No, unless you explicitly purchase the copyright, I retain it as the photographer. This means that while you have the right to use the images for personal purposes (such as social media, websites, or personal prints etc), you cannot sell or distribute the images for commercial purposes without my permission. I may use them for professional promotion (my social networks and website), unless previously discussed. If you're interested in purchasing the copyright, which would give you full ownership and control over the images, we can discuss additional pricing.
Why can’t I sell or modify the images?
As the photographer, I retain the copyright, which protects my creative work. If you wish to use the images for commercial purposes, a separate agreement and payment are required for copyright transfer. This ensures that the value of the work and potential future uses are appropriately accounted for.
What forms of payment are accepted?
International clients can pay with cash, Wise, Paypal or bank transfer. Peruvian national clients can pay with cash, via bank transfer, Yape or Wise. Spanish or Peruvian bank accounts available. Please include any extra fees generated by platforms.
What happens if I want more photos than the ones included in my package?
Extra edited photographs can be purchased based on your package pricing.
Do you have cheaper packages?
I know photography can sometimes feel very accessible and easy (It’s just about pressing a button, right?) but the price of a session reflects not only the time spent during the shoot but also the time and skill required for editing, retouching, and delivering high-quality images. I have over 10 years experience with photography, posing people and making them feel comfortable in front of the camera. I absolutely love what I do and put my whole heart into every project, ensuring you get the best and most comfortable experience. The price of my sessions needs to cover professional equipment, software and life expenses. You are investing in a custom experience that captures moments unique to you, with high attention to detail and artistic eye. The value extends beyond just the time spent — it’s an investment in personalised, professional photography that will last a lifetime. I don’t offer smaller or cheaper packages because I realize that my focus is on creating an experience where you feel comfortable, present, and really connected to the process. I want it to be an enjoyable experience, and a shorter shoot doesn’t allow us to drop in as easily. I now prefer to go full in to have the space to create in the way that makes me vibrate in expansion!
I put a lot of heart into my sessions, from guiding you through the experience to editing each shot with much love afterward. It’s not just about the time we spend shooting but everything that goes into making sure you receive a collection of images that feel totally aligned.
That said, I totally understand budget considerations, and I’m always happy to chat about ways to make it work, whether that’s through a payment plan or finding a buddy to split the session with! Let me know if any of those options sound like they could work 💛
