Terms & Conditions
By booking photography and/or videography services with Celia Cueto, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
Booking & Payment
A 30% deposit is required to secure my session. The remaining balance must be paid before or on the last day of shooting unless unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. Payment can be made via bank transfer (Peruvian or European accounts available), Wise, Paypal or cash. Platform fees and/or exchange rates are not included.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Rescheduling is possible with prior notice and subject to availability. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date.
Creative Process
I understand that I am hiring the photographer’s artistic vision and style. The final photographs and videos will reflect her creative direction. Unedited/raw files will not be provided.
Consent
I understand that I am responsible for informing my group that the retreat/journey will be documented and for obtaining consent from everyone who appears in the recorded material.
Delivery
I understand that I will receive the final material digitally via a Dropbox link. The photography will be delivered within 3 weeks, with a preview delivered during the first week. Edited videos will be delivered within one month.
Usage & Copyright
The images are intended for personal and promotional use, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. Photographs may not be sold to participants, but can be shared freely. The photographer retains the copyright to the work.
Travel & Transportation
Sessions outside the main route between Pisac and Urubamba may incur additional travel costs.
Promotion & Publicity
I agree that the photographer may use photographs and video content from the session for her portfolio, website, and promotional purposes, including social media. If I prefer to keep my images private, I will communicate this in advance.
